Return Policy

 

 

We want every customer to be happy about the purchase from Spicebazar.UK, unfortunately in any case if we are not able to provide the experience customer deserves then we are happy to process the refund as per the simple terms & conditions laid out in our returns policy. Additionally, we recognize the need for returns in certain cases therefore here is our returns policy.

  1. Anything purchased from Spicebazar.UK can be returned for the full refund within 7days from the date of purchase excluding perishable goods. Returned goods should be in resalable condition with original packaging and without damage and postage charges needs to be paid by the customer and these charges are not refundable. 
  2. If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is visible on receipt of shipment, please note that on the delivery note with parcel delivery company. You must also report any damage to Spicebazar.UK within 24 hours via email to customer.spicebazar@gmail.com. We will then arrange the collection of return goods and upon receipt of the returned goods, your payment will be refunded through the similar payment method.
  3. If you receive the goods that do not match with what you ordered; you should contact us on customer.spicebazar@gmail.com within 24 hours to notify. Spicebazar.UK will offer you the multiple options including refunds or replacements/discounts. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods unless and otherwise agreed by Spicebazar.UK via email communication.
  4. Some products are not eligible for returns particularly perishable goods, food products, frozen foods, sweets & savouries, fruits & vegetables, and specific types of items that have noticeably short shelf-life. However, if you feel that these items are not received in satisfied condition please reach out to our customer service team customer.spicebazar@gmail.com to discuss about the return/refund options.
  5. East West Products LTD trading as spicebazar.uk reserves the right to refuse any returns by exercising discretion if returns do not adhere to our return policy. Any discretion exercised will be per the prevailing laws within the relevant jurisdiction.
  6. Any refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days by Spicebazar.UK, and additional time may be needed by customers bank/payment provider to process the return before appearing on customer account.
  7. Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons.
  8. If you receive any goods that are not ordered by you or shipped by error, please contact us within 3 days by email to customer.spicebazar@gmail.com to arrange the collection. 
  9. Any uncollected packages that are returned to us which includes any perishable goods, food products, frozen foods, sweets & savouries, fruits & vegetables needs an inspection before we can process the refund. Any damaged items not good for resale will be excluded from the refund amount.
  10. Our parcel delivery company will make reasonable efforts to attempt the delivery to the delivery address given on the order, in a case where parcel delivery company not able to find your address it is your responsibility to contact the parcel delivery company via their website/phone number using the shipment tracking number to guide them on how to safely deliver your parcel.
  11. In case of wrong shipping address given, it is customer's responsibility to contact us at customer.spicebazar@gmail.com before dispatch takes place for the correction of address on shipping label , once shipment dispatch from our warehouse it is the responsibility of customer to contact parcel delivery company as per point 10.
  12. We will not take responsibility or liability for any delays outside of our control 1. Extreme weather conditions, 2. Natural disasters, 3. Government regulations, 4. Anything that happens out of ordinary that prevents us delivering the goods on time then we will take measures to notify you in reasonable time and process the refund if customer decided to cancel the order.
  13. Any sensitive goods damaged in-transit will be offered refund upon producing the evidence of photograph to customer.spicebazar@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This condition will not apply vegetables who are prone to crack/disoriented in shape during the transit.
  14. In any other cases of refunds that are not covered above maximum liability of East West Products LTD(T/A) SpiceBazar.UK will be equivalent of the purchase order value or damaged goods whichever is the lowest. 
  15. If your delivery is delayed unexpectedly due to issues in carrier network, and you do not want to accept the delivery due to delays or cancel the order , please contact us at customer.spicebazar@gmail.com or by calling us on 07391568578. In these cases we will arrange the return collection and refund the amount once parcel has been safety returned to us.
